Ok I have gotten brass stuck in a die before but ive always been able to get it out until now. I litterally tore the rim of a 308 case in the sizing die and its not coming out!

Send the die back to the mfg. They'll get it out for ya and keep the die in perfect shape.

Ditto on sending it back..I have tried drilling and tapping the Brass with a Hornady stuck case remover kit, sticking the whole thing in the freezer (as suggested by a hide member), and by turning a can of "Canned air" upside down and spaying the cold liquid in the die while trying to pull-out the case (again, as suggested by a fellow hide member). Good luck Hornady cahrges $4.00 to do it. Money WELL SPENT! In fact I even broke my reloading bench with the leverage I applied to the press handle to pull out the stuck case.....Good Luck
