Fuck PR its a shithole and always is because you can tell by these dumbasses when these useful POS comes over to the states.
Understand where you're going from, but people no matter the country do not deserve to be fucked over just because it's "Legal". Laws on paper can make anything wrong, right, via the correct wording. Case in point, present day America.
Difficult to believe the PR governor and legislative assembly would let this happen. Unless…
