Hide Online Training vs Subscription?

Apologies if this had been posted before. I did a search, but every thread that looked like it might be relevant couldn't be retrieved.

I got a paid subscription a little over a week ago. I had assumed (yes, I know what happens when you assume!), that the "Hide Online Training," forum would become accessible, but it has not.

Is that forum not part of the sub?
If it is, are there further steps I need to take? I didn't see any instructions, but it was late and I haven't been sleeping a lot.
If it's not part of the subscription, what can I do to access the Hide Online Training?
