Ran some 130 Berger hybrids with both IMR4451 and RL16 the same afternoon. They ran about an inch with the IMR4451 until the upper end of the loads I was trying and closed down to a couple of acceptable groups which can just be covered with a dime at 41.3 and 41.6 grains. Again only three shot groups so I don't feel they're statistically valid. These loads and the loads in the photo above are reduced from the published loads I've seen because the Petersen brass has a slightly reduced capacity. I think my rifle will safely handle a bit more powder, and there may be something decent to be found there.
The RL16 gave an easy 100fps boost, but only brought 2 rounds each charge and didn't bother grouping them, just sent them at steel for the vel. numbers.
