Hodgdon Powder Shortage?

Anyone heard anything about the scarcity of powder lately? I don't know about everywhere else, but it's been impossible to find anything in the powder category lately here. The manager of the place I usually buy from said he got word from Hodgdon that they were way behind on their defense contracts and won't be caught up till end of year sometime, with only limited runs for the civilian market.

Is what he's saying have any merit, or just a total load of Bernie Sanders. Anyone heard something similar or more details?
