Rifle Scopes holdover template for scope caps ?

trying to find a blank (i.e no data written but with the mil dot reticle) holdover template for the inside of my scope cap.
I remember someone posting it somewhere.

This is the fastest system of application i could come up with--range/vertical/horizontal in the ocular and the BC Blizzard style for the objective for reticle-rangefinding. The Blizzard comes apart and a piece of thin cardboard can be inserted and then reassembled--works great. I make 1 more change though. I substitute a std. plastic barrel for the more rubbery one that the Blizzard uses as it tends to slip less when it gets hot out--
