Need to pick up one or the other.... Who's running one or both on a Win Mag? For some reason I just dont like the badger....I do like the that Holland only adds a little over an inch to total length. Something about the bolt at the bottom of the badger just doesnt make it have a clean look. I also looked at the APA stuff just couldn't get any real feed back

Re: Holland Vs Badger FTE

I have the badger on a 300 WSM and its awesome. I can shoot all day and not feel a thing the next day. Well worth the "unclean" look.

Re: Holland Vs Badger FTE

The FTE definitely is not for everyone or every rifle. They look good on heavy barrels, the heavier the better. The clamp is nice for timing up the brake, you dont have to screw it on tight as hell to get it to time up but it still stays put.

The Hollands and nice for lighter weight hunting rifles when your trying to keep weight down. Ive never shot one but have heard only good things about them.

The APA LB and FB are very good and are our "go to" brake
I run a LB on my personal 308 and there is a noticeable difference in recoil

Re: Holland Vs Badger FTE

Well I have a holland on my 308 and it is freaking awesome! Night and day with it on, I can spot for myself at 200 yards no problem, 100 is a little shaky but still really nice, its like shooting a heavy pellet gun. I highly recommend the Holland. I don't have an experience with the Badger, so sorry kinda a one sided review. I hope that helps.
