Picked up my first custom rifle. It was built by Horizon out of college station Texas. Bought it from a guy that had it built and put less that 10 rds thru it. Bought it for a steal, too good to be true price, so had to pick it up. Bought it as it sits. Anyone have any personal experience with horizon rifles?
