Hornady 300 Win Mag 195 ELD Match vs Federal 190 Matchking

I have a custom 300 win mag , 26" Bartlein 1-10, inbound. I'll get a box of the Hornady 195gr. ELD Match and the Federal Matchking 190gr. BTHP. To see which one my rifle likes the best and to see want kind of numbers I get from the Magnetospeed for each. I would also like to try the Berger 215 .gr. eventually. This will be for 1000 yards and beyond on steel. Any thoughts on the Hornady and Federal? It will be at least another year before I can start to reload. Just don't have the time right now.

Another option is the Hornady 200 grain ELD-X Precision Hunter. I've had excellent results out to 1000 with my 1-10 twist.

The 200 grain eldx makes 1 ragged hole with my xbolt 300LR

The hornady 212eldx performs identical to the 215 bergers in my rifle. When you start reloading they are worth trying since they are much less expensive than the bergers. You Would be able to get 2900fps with your 26 inch barrel.
