Hey Guys,
I am relatively new here. I was a member years ago, I appreciate you having me.
My issue is this, I stopped reloading for a while just due to life. I have a Hornady LNL AP as well as a Hornady LNL Single Stage Press. Typically I can take a die set up for my single stage and move it to the AP and the position ie.. elevation settings and all are still appropriate. I was preparing to load up a bunch of 223 and noticed that in my decapping and sizing I was only getting about .0625 of the neck sized on my case. I attempted tweaking the die but it bottomed out on the shell plate. Typically I have done this on the single stage but I was excited at the expectation of using the AP to speed up the process. I am sure I am doing something wrong but at this point its more of a point of frustration. I have a ton of brass to resize on the single stage unless there is an alternative. If any of you have APs, I would appreciate any recommendation that you might have inclusive of different dies if that's required. I am running the generic RCBS 223 dies. I run them in a Wylde chambered AR.
The shell on the far left is Sized on the single stage, the remaining 3 are with the die set as low as possible.
Thanks!
