Use a borescope for cleaning. And when the barrel is getting up in rounds and starts acting up. Verify it’s the barrel burning out and not carbon screwing its up.

Using a borescope for anything else is just going to confuse you.

Thanks for your advise. The pictures was taken after I clean the barrel

Just for fun...here is the throat of a 50+ year old .243 that my dad gave me. Lots of fire cracking and erosion of the lands. And yet it still shoots minute of deer.

Like others have said, borescopes really are more harm than good, especially if you don't know what you are looking at. Let the target tell you what it needs.

From the looks of things it seems like you need another Barrel. Best thing to do instead of trying to clean up what you got, just go buy a quality Barrel have it properly lapped. Then throw away your borescope. Your new Barrel continue to shoot very well dot-dot-dot but the group's tell you otherwise and change your load accordingly.

Dude, I'm just yanking your chain. Barrel looks fine. The only question is, how does it shoot? What I wrote was really just sarcastic in regards to what happens when people get a borescope... typically go looking for problems.

Try some JB bore brite on it you’ll be surprised how much of that will clean up not going to make it new again but should improve it
It had so much crap in it when he gave it to me...I plugged the end of the barrel and filled it with C4 overnight. The next day all this brown sludge came out. It actually looks worlds better than before. But yeah, I have some JB and might have to run it through just for fun. It's an interesting gun, and old BSA out of England. The barrels are supposedly cut rifled using the "spill boring" method. While the barrel has seen better days the action is soooo smooth.

Honestly looks like my 6‘s after 500 Rounds. Little fire cracking at the freebore and not much after the lands. I bet you have a lot of life left, there isn’t much wear on it yet.
