Rifle Scopes How about the new Burris FF30 tactical optics??

Anyone tried one of these? I read about them in the latest "Guns" magazine. Seems like a nice scope. I'm trying to talk myself out of spending $1400 for a NF NXS 2.5-8X32 for my new AR, pic's and range report coming as soon as I can load pic's in my Photobucket.

The are called FF30 Tactical, the 3-9X40 to be specific.

I have 2 of the previous model I got from Natchez on closeout for $239 in May. Looks like Optics Planet (go via ebay) has the best $ on the current one about $330. A nice VX 1 grade scope. Not a Schmidt, but on my Po-Boy TAC project (Marlin XLS, Talleys, versapod and Burrris) it worked quite well. <$800 invested and it shoots! (Marlin has a winner!)
