like any other officer in charge doing stupid stuff, not following guidelines and interrupting emergency services in progress! The officer at the scene doing his job should not have to worry about minor issues of this nature.

Imagine a friend of yours your best friend or even your brother just opened fire on a car - even his own car on a busy street for no reason and told you to open fire on it as well- with someone inside no less .
