Go to the forum list and scrole to the bottom.
Click on the WTB/WTT section.
At the top left click on the NEW TOPIC and fill in what you want.

Do not, repeat <span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="text-decoration: underline">DO NOT</span></span>, attempt to rush to get to 100 posts. That won't help your cause any as you are more likely to get banished for short, 1-liner type posts that are an obvious attempt to get you to 100 quicker.
If you want to buy something, try using the search engine linked to in my sig line, or otherwise the typical sources like regular Google, etc., and see if you have any luck locating what you need.
