Rifle Scopes how does the pst compare to the midway 5-15hs

So I was going to buy the midway exclusive 5-15 viper hs for my new 700aac sd but it's unavailable now. I know the 4-16psts glass supposedly isn't great but I was wondering if it's as good or better than the hs. I know the 6-24 is supposed to be the best but I found a 4-16 available right now at $850 so as long as the glass is as good or better Than my Hs I'll pick it up. Any one with experience with both please chime in.

I have one of the Vortex 5x15 HSs and had one of the 4x16 PSTs. IMHO the glass on my 5x15 HS is better than the 4x16 PST I had. YMMV.

I would agree with that statement.
