Well, it says AZ, but it could be a typo and be more 'OZ' to which their time is really weird. It is like 9 hours ago, tomorrow. Then there's the International Date Line, so it really could have been "This past Thursday of Next Week" or something like that.

That would be where the 'later today' comes from.
