Whats a fair price to thread a barrel for a suppressor or muzzlebrake ? No thread protector , refinishing or anything else .

what size barrel, i found out i can thread small tapered 10/22 barrels on my Micro Mark mini lathe!

It'll run around $150, no thread protector, $175 with cap and cap finish

got my smith to do mine for 100 with thread protcetor. 5/8 24tpi

Just had another one of my 700's done by Mike at Tornado Tecnologies. 135 for threading and protetctor plus the shipping to get it to him. Door to door was about 3 wks. since he had just set up to run 5/8 x 24. If he was running another thread pitch it would have been much longer.

had compass lake engineering do my ltr, and marlin 917 with thread protectors it ran right at $90 bucks for both, but i dropped off stripped barreled actions,i dont believe they will take boltguns they have to disassemble.
