You could run the local airsoft range. Maybe work for counter sniper scopes who could use your incredible elite skills and complete lack of experience.
If you really are asking this (and apparently having done little/no research as you do not know that blackwater no longer runs the training operation under that brand name), then I would suggest that you may not yet be prepared to consider something like that.
Usually from a professional perspective, attending these kinds of facilities is not like a certification where you go and get your MCSE and then try to get a job. Usually you have a specific background that gets you into a job and to add to your skill base or for a specific need, you then attend a facility like that.
Its different if you are going because you want to, but you asked in a professional context.
Careers that I have seen obtain this kind of training include civilian security for nuclear and sensitive facilities, "executive protection", etc. But remember that the training is usually intended to take skills or experiences you already have and augment them with formal knowledge or with additional skills that "stack" on top of them.
And to actually get a professional role doing something like that requires more than an interest in some of the recent careers that "sound cool".
You exclude military and law enforcement so its hard to understand where you are coming from to give you a better / more effective answer.

I'll strongly echo what Oddball said... instead of trying to go to a PMC, why not apply as a police officer or to the military? There is an LEO shortage in much of the nation and it's a great, rewarding profession. If, as your FB page says, you want to be a Marshall and/or earn a sharpshooter billet, start with local or state LE and later apply to Marshall Service, ICE, USSS or FBI. As your skills and reputation in a department or unit grow, you can move in a lot of directions based on your interests and what you show promise doing.
That said, if you want a career in LE, (or if you want to be recognized as a valued contributer on this forum) you might consider dropping the suburban 'gangsta' club dancer, doggie daycare stuff from your FB page. And when it comes to this forum, take some time to listen, rather than post un-informed stuff about suppressors for Nagants, while using poor grammar and texting shortcuts.
To put it politely, there are a lot of very skilled and knowledgable professionals here on SH who regard that kind of thing as a red flag and will treat you with utter contempt and with ruthless disdain.
Noone here has anything against newbies... there are lots of young, promising future shooters who are welcomed here. But if your personae and posts are associated with the sort of suburban, pitbull, club-dancing doggie daycare Gangsta wannabe stuff you have on your profile and FB page... you will probably want to find another place to hang out online. Noone will take you seriously.
And you will probably want to choose another career direction. I also guarantee you that any LE department (and most other HR departments w. jobs above the level of doggie daycare) will be asking for your FB page links and if they see the sort of thing you have posted... no job. Digital DNA lasts a lonnnnng time.

There are LOTS of military veterans and LE lining up for jobs. Why would someone hire a person with no real world experience and a couple of paid classes?
The only jobs I can think of outside of LE or Military are Secutity, PMC or VIP Protection. Anything else that requires a gun and the skills to use it are going to be illegal or require being sanctioned by a government agency.

Additionally my company isn't even allowed to touch anyone for a security position without a minimum of five years law enforcement or military, unless they have four and recent combat time in theater. That's a requirement by the customer (USG).

First of All to clear things up - I Asked would it HELP, Not get me a job, as in would it looks good on a resume. I never said I was against law enforcement or military, I do wanna join the military, but I'm not sure if I can do to a personal reason. So I'm
trying to think outside the box. Also I work with animals because I like too and it pays the bills for now, I'm only 22 and it isn't meant to be a life long career. I don't like "pit bulls" because I want to be a "gangster", I like them because they are great dogs, Very good for families, Sweet, and shouldn't get the bad reputation they do. I volunteer for rescue groups in my spare time to help them. I also know that black water is "XE" now but not everyone might and I was just using them as an example. I didn't think it would be that hard to get an answer(s) for this question, instead all I got is a bunch of judge-mental comments about myself and No real answers. Great way to demonstrate the maturity and even temperament that will serve you well in this career.
You got good advice from myself and several others.
If you cant qualify for the military, how the hell are you going to be a good applicant for the other roles which use this kind of training?
If your "personal reason" is physical, why would your disqualifier be overcome when being considered for a job which would require the same physical and firearms skills?
If your personal reason is criminal, you are likely done before you start.
I think the best advice here -- honestly and being completely serious -- is to focus on a career that you have a real chance of getting. If you like animals, get formally trained as a vet tech. Or work hard and try the college route. Start in a local CC and go up from there with good grades and trying to earn grants/scholarships.
The honest truth (even if it is one you do not want to hear) is that you have not seriously considered this as an option, you do not appear to have done much research, and even this follow up response raises questions about your preparedness or willingness to do the hard, time-intensive things it would take to be in a position where a program like that would be accretive to your background.
Remember, the completion of a training course like that only matters in the context of its position.
Think of it like a castle. You want to present a strong and well-maintained image to a potential employer - no matter whether public or private. Great, you have a strong, well maintained, gun turret in your castle that you acquired through investment in a public course.
If the walls are crumbling from lack of experience or the personal foundation just is not there in a background check, psych eval, and interview process, it just will not matter.
Employers can be choosy. For every position there are hundred of veterans out there with experience in services which have above average infantry training or advanced weapons handling skills. Some of them may have acquired thier POST in their respective state, or may have a background which is particularly suited to a certain type of civilian work (SF, MP, etc). Add in the pool of perfectly-qualified degree-holding criminal justice majors, etc, some of whom are working existing security positions instead of doggy daycares to compete against as well.
I know its not the response you want, but it is the truth.
