how to calculate sight height over bore

Just downloaded Hornady 4DOF and was putting in my rifle specs, got to sight height over bore and realized I needed the measurement from bore centerline to top of pic rail. Action is an Impact, chambered in 6.5CM. any way to get this measurement without removing scope? Also, scope mount has 20 MOA built in, and is an MPA 1.125 X 34. There is probably a bonehead easy way to do this and I am missing it. Thanks for any input!!

Stick a ruler beside the gun and eyeball the distance from the centerline of scope to centerline of bore. This is not super critical. Change the value by 1/4 inch in your calculator and see how little it changes the dope at 1000 yards.

No calculations needed. Use a ruler like mentioned or a set of calipers. Measure center of bolt to center of windage knob and go.
