How to compensate for Bullet batch differences?

I have a few loads that work really well, but when measuring the bullets I just got delivered - it looks like the change will be too drastic to ignore.

Goal for load: I use this to shoot F-Class 1,000 yards and I would like to get as many X's as possible.

Current loads that work well for me:
44.2 Varget seated 0.010 off the lands
44.4 Varget seated 0.010 in to the lands (20/1000 longer)
- This was with a .308 Berger 185H, Lot 4119, Average OAL: 1.426", Base-to-Lands: 0.690", Lapua brass

My new batch has an OAL of 1.453" and Base-to-Lands: 0.713"

The difference is more than the 20/1000 that I have different loads for.
- What should I consider changing?

I can't set them further out to keep the case volume constant, as that would move me from a jump to a jam.

I really don't want to remove powder and start testing all over again.

- Any rules of thumb?

shoot them first and see what happens then next time buy enough bullets to burn your barrel so that won't happen again.

Shoot it first, then make adjustments. I bet it shoots just fine.

My next comp is on Saturday.
- Just going with what I have, I would create more pressure on a fairly hot load and probably see 100F weather as well. I'm sure they will be plenty fast

But worse case, I will have to stop shooting.

Maybe I can get some testing time tomorrow.
