I tried searching here cannot locate, what you guys suggest to determine length of pull just bought a X-ray chassis and need to know how to figure out lop to order the spacers any info would be great.

Measure from the inside "crook" of your elbow to the first knuckle of your index finger, and you will be in the ballpark.

You may find that it varies by shooting position, so you'll need to figure out the right compromise for your intended use.

For whatever it's worth, I generally find that a bit short is better than too long (just so long as scope eye relief is not compromised).
