Maybe allow people to keep plastic shovels with thin plastic handles, but require licensing as they could be used in a harmful manner.

Oh for fucks sake just buy a stamped receiver flat like I did and will be doing again for my 2nd AK build as soon as I build my new computer.

If I can build an AK, then ANYONE can.
