Rifle Scopes How to range with GAP Reticle?

Can some explain how to range with the GAP reticle. Is it the same as using Mildots?

Same, same, just have to break it down into mils, just like a mildot.

Yes, it's mil based, but has .5mil hash marks to help a brotha out.
