This is a massive forum with a large amount of threads. Some stuff is just going to not search very well. You'll have to play with how to word things to find what you need. It also helps to change the location from "everywhere" to a more specific forum to narrow down results. Want reloading info? Go to the reloading section and search "this forum" with your query.
