Is there a how to video of a PVA prefit for a tikka t3. This new guy would like to learn. Tools and procedure?

Tools would be a barrel vice, action wrench and a torque wrench. If its a true prefit you thread it onto the action while the barrel is clamped down, insert the action rod and torque to the correct specs.
