Rifle Scopes Howa 1500

hello all newbie here, CDNN has a Howa 1500 custom varmint Target heavy barrel in .308, 1 to 12 twist, 20" barrel for $399.99.
Is this a good entry level Rifle for 100 to 500 yards. What type of accuracy could I expect with match ammo. Thanks

I have the same in a Bell & Carlson Medalist stock with a 24" barrel and it is sub moa, approaching 1/2 MOA for 10 shots.

At that price you'd be nuts to pass it up.

thanks shooter, just realized I posted this scope section so moved to rifle section. I kinda thought it was a good price
