Gunsmithing Howa American 6.5 Factory Muzzle Brake

Can anyone tell me if the factory brake on the 6.5 Howa is installed with RockSet or Loctite?

This information is being requested for a friend of mine so I may help him remove his brake.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Also I am hoping the barrel is threaded 5/8 X 24 ?
