Curious, I keep hearing from my NPS buddies and the hippies at school that this bill is going to gut the Antiquities Act and the Wilderness Act. After reading the HR, attached below, I couldn't find anything. Hell, they even specifically mentioned that 4089 is not applicable to any National Parks or Monuments like Denali or Aniakchak.
Included as well is the NRA bullet on the bill.
I've heard that the senate amendment to this was the wonky part, but for the life of me I can't find a link to it, sorry.
Anybody have any clarification on this?
