Seekins Front Picatinny Rail (used original hardware to install, i.e. there were two swivel studs and those came out and seekins hardware was a direct drop in replacement)

I thought I ordered this stock with the decelerator recoil pad but cannot located the receipt. It says HS Precision on it.
