HSM brass

I got a buddy that shoots a .260 and only buys HSM and Nosler custom pre loaded ammo. Me being as frugal as I can and just bought a .260AI was wondering if i should start using the HSM brass to fire form?

Questions are:

Who makes HSM brass?
HSM brass any good?
Have any of you guys used it for reloading or better yet fire formed .260 into .260AI?

HSM makes HSM brass. It's as shitty as it comes. I have 100 pcs in 338LM and I only use it to load low pressure/low grain pills that I use to warm up my barrel before shooting $$$ stuff through it. In other words, I would NEVER buy it and only use it because it was free.
