Need some help and advise, on what scope company makes a regular hunting style reticle, without hash marks, with a exposed elevation dial .
Zero stop would be good , but not a deal breaker.Tks for the help ,fatdaddy

Many of the Leupold scopes have the two features you describe, and many add a red dot of illumination at the center. Get one that offers a CDS knob and you can have Leupold etch it just with MOA/mils or customize it for a particular load at specific environmental conditions. I dislike the lack of flexibility of the latter option, but you can mark any external turret yourself for a home brew CDS dial tuned to your load.

Leupold VX3, VX5 or VX6.
Swarovski Z3, Z5, Z6
Zeiss V4, V6,V8

Pretty much every European scope manufacturer has an option for exposed elevation and a 4a reticle.
Leupold, Vortex, Burris, Tract and most other American companies also have the options you require.

Leupold VX5 would be best bang for your buck.
