I-675 WRECK

Re: I-675 WRECK

if the accelerator stuck you would think he would be on the brakes....I didn't see brake lights.

I think he saw that he was coming up on a cruiser at a high rate of speed and swerved into the median.

Re: I-675 WRECK

Happens all over the place. Just had a woman this morning cut me off and then slam her brakes on directly in front of me because she saw a cop approaching. The way these dumb asses slam on the brakes we they see a cop causes a lot of accidents or near accidents. Wonder if that is what caused the 100km traffic jam in China?

Re: I-675 WRECK

That's gonna leave a mark. I wonder if the ejection saved the guy - is that his body flying across the highway and landing in the right hand shoulder in front of a stopped car?

Did the family file the lawsuit yet on the PD for releasing him?

I thought that the more a vehicle "crumples" the more potential energy it absorbs from the collision and less damage to the passenger - hence the reason for "crumple zones"; of which there appears to be a lot in that car.
