Hmmmmm...they should do a beaver taco some time. I can see the marquee now; "HOT BEAVER & TUNA TACOS".
And hey, kitty on a stick ain't bad. I've eaten cat (both domestic and mountain lion), rat, dog, horse, zebra, snake, raccoon, possum, nutria, and other "exotic" meats. None of them were particularly bad with one glaring exception...porcupine. I vomit in my mouth a little just thinking about it...
