Rifle Scopes I didn't think it was possible

I recently received my Edm windrunner and just had to shoot it so I picked up a super sniper 16x and a set of burris xtr rings. Idealy it's going to end up with my 5.5-22 nxs on it but it needs to stay where it's at right now.

Anyway I can't get a 100yd zero with it!!!! I've got it adjusted all the way down, windage is pretty close to center and I'm my poi is about 5 mils high!!!

I thought these scopes had a little over 100moa of adjustment and I was under the impression that the Edm rail was 30 moa.

Suggestions?

Personally I went with a 300m zero,this way you can also use holdunders for anthing less.

Seeing as you are at the bottom, turn the knob up and count how much up elevation you have from the bottom. Look through the reticle while doing this to make sure you have movement with the clicks.
