I just picked up some old brass.... Is IMI and LC match brass good to go?

So I just picked up a few bags of old, once fired brass and was wondering if these are good to go?

The bags contain:

30-06 "LC 62 Match" --> I don't own a 30-06 and how much can I sell these for in the current market?

.223/ 5.56 - IMI

.223/5.56 - "LC 00"

It should all be good stuff... I've not used IMI in .223, but their .308 brass is very good stuff in my experience.
