I need someone that does CAD drawings

I have been working on this locally for 3 months and have gotten no where. I need some simple parts drawn up in DXF so that I can get them machined out. Four different companies have said sure no problem then never get it done. I'm guessing it's just to small of a job for most to care about.

Is there anyone on here that would be interested in doing this? I know there has to be some people here capable. I'm happy to pay for it. Couldn't be more than 2 hours worth of work for someone that knows what their doing.
