I want to paint hogue stock! What do I do?

Anybody know how I go about painting a Hogue rubber over-molded stock?

Degrease it and paint it, when it chips paint it again. It's rubber!!

add a flex additive to the paint

i just cleaned mine with choke & carb cleaner and painted it. worked fine for me.

Grab some cans o' Krylon an' do some WORK!

You might try some Bull dog adhesion promter after cleaning the stock and before painting it.
They sell it in a spray can at most autobody supply stores.
