idea for rifle build

ok im wanting a custom 25 wssm . i want to know if i could find a rifle builder who could make one on the old type 99 jap rifles ? i always wanted the type 99 i think it looks pretty neat plus it does have a claw extracter . and one can give me a direction on who to ask ?

my gunsmith has a custom 25wssm... its a tack driver... but its off a winchester action.... you can go to his web site and ask.... rsecustomguns.com i never heard of a job he couldnt do. he performs some of the nicest work ive ever seen.
