Looking for any help identifying the stock and bottom metal. Came off a Remington 700 SA. Stock has a 4 digit number in the barrel channel, which matches the bottom metal. Any help is appreciated.

Looks like a McMillan HTG adjustable to me. Not sure about the bottom metal.

McMillan HTG adjustable is correct for the stock. I could be wrong, but I think that is a Badger Ordnance M4 floorplate assembly. Someone who can confirm or deny will be along directly.

The numbers on the floor plate and the stock match because the floor plate was glass bedded to the stock.

The numbers were probably on the bolt/bolt handle of the rifle this was originally bedded to as well, and were probably the last four of the serial number.
