Headstamp says 7.62 80 CBC , what is this stuff? and is it any good?
80 the year of man.?

Brazilian made military. Could be 30/06 or 7.62mm. 80 is the year of manufacture as you guessed. It stands for Compvelous Brazilian Cartridges. TJR
