If front lense is the same does a bigger tube help? Uso 1-6×24 34mm tube

Someone offered me a uso 1-6×24 in a 34mm tube. So it's the same weight as my trijicon what do I gain for this bigger block of my vision? (Side note any good? Never seen it on lpvo list before) of course in an aero mount imbues no confidence whatsoever
