Wow! That is mind blowing! Sales are allowed and legal to non-permanent residents? That is just crazy to me.

No, what's crazy is that I can't buy a firearm if my actual address and my driver's license don't match...

Lots of visitors to the US have legally bought firearms over the decades.

And yes, I realize this thread is about illegals, not visitors.
