A federal judge in Illinois has granted a temporary injunction blocking the enforcement of a gun law that bans some semiautomatic rifles as well as high-capacity magazines.

Looks like there’s finally an injunction to this nonsense……at least for now. It’s ridiculous that these judges take an oath to uphold the Constitution, then many of them make rulings that fly in the face of not only the Constitution, but also recent Supreme Court precedent; of course, with no penalties. Finally, this found its way to a judge with brain as opposed to the judges that King Pritzker 1st bought off with campaign contributions.

The problem is the fucking supreme court keeps kicking these laws back to lower courts instead of just making a ruling..
