I've reached a point in my life in which I feel pron has made me less respectful of women, like they're just objects, so I'm going to give up watching pron. Pron is difficult to summarize but trust me when I tell you that pron has serious negative consequences on our culture.
Anyone else feel this way about pron?
Watching pornography is detrimental to your spiritual well being.
It distances you from Heavenly Father and makes it difficult to hear the voice of the Holy Ghost.
It corrupts your soul and fills your mind with carnal lust.
Over time it can destroy your faith.
It can lead you to do many things you would be ashamed of
It can ruin your personal relationships with those you love and care for.
It is a vicious evil that is pushed by the Global Elites who want to destroy all that is good and Godly.
Pornography also rewires your brain and desires and you get a vicious cycle almost like a drug user of each high lasting less and less and needing more and stronger stimulus to satisfy your desires.
My advice is to simply give it up cold turkey, get rid of all of it and don't look back.
Then do your best to start living the Law of Chastity and save your sexual activity for only between you and your wife.
If you are single, try your best not to stir up feelings or desires within yourself as much as possible and reject impure thoughts.
The road might be tough at first, but eventually you'll find peace and contentment and realize how much time you wasted and how much more you could have accomplished.
Give it a couple months of prayer and scripture study and before long you'll start to feel the temptations and desires fading and you'll feel clean.
