Not sure that I'd ever be "outside" and needing to use one of those "portibles" when the weather starts to get bad. I'd be sheltering in place on the inside, or doing my best to try to get there. Thankfully. I have a good weather app on my phone that would alert me to Tornado warnings.
You hve no sense of adventure. Check this one out, it could be a ride at a carnival. Better than the parachute drop.
