Impact 737R action and Outlier Backdraft Barrel

I was wondering if anyone knew if the new outlier barrels would work with the Impact 737r action. I believe the impact 737R uses the remington 700 short action footprint, so would it work with the outlier barrel configured for the remington 700 action? I'd be using the .308 bolt face to shoot 6.5 creedmoor and the barrel would be configured as such.

They also sell a 6.5 chamber blank. In the process of trying to find a gunsmith that can work on the barrel for me. I guess it needs to be threaded and chambered for the 6.5 creedmoor, then the threads on the end fitted for the action. Any suggestions for gunsmiths in WA state greatly appreciated, or elsewhere too. I don't mind shipping to have it worked on.

Yeah the blanks would work. There are a bunch of really great smiths here who will send you back a killer barrel. PVA has a great reputation and does TS Customs.

i debated this new deal with supressor but like you want to have it smithed as opposed to using a barrel nut (ew)

Get the Smith to do an Impact Pre-Fit and no evil Nut

if smithed it will be a shoulder since its 1.2 straight profile. otherwise have them cut it for $45 and use the barrel nut
