well kinda, been bouncing around the idea of a .17hmr. for a while and I finally bit.
Savage 93R17 BTVS

Woulda liked a .17 Fireball (20 gr./4000fps) but if I'm gonna spend $30 on 20 rounds its gonna be for my .308. Now i gotta find a scope and 1 piece base for this guy.

Cant help with a scope base but I use a Weaver V16 on my 17 HM2 and it's great. Nice rifle bty. Mines the older version with the crappy trigger but new springs and two set screws and it's damn nice now. Donald

put an EGW 20 moa base on it and what ever optic you like.
