What would it take to get one of those .260's done in 6.5x47?

Also, can they be done in large shank?

How about a standard shank 338 edge 30" m24 or similar contour threaded for 5/8-24 muzzle.

How do we tell what shank diameter we need? I would like to put that 243 barrel on my 110 action, but am not sure if it will fit.

Odds are extremely good your 110 is a standard/small shank.

Look at the barrel nut - large & small shanks use different looking barrel nuts. You can find examples of both on 'da Google.
