Some clever nerds drew a correlation between leftist braindead idiots and NPCs from video games (Non Player Characters -- bots, scripted responses, absolutely not human controlled)

They memed the shit out of it. The leftists got butthurt.






It makes perfect sense why BBBB, Avi, truth types just refuse to think critically about anything. They're not even human.

Those folks that are controlled by the TV and the shit they see on Facebook are NPCs. Empty husks with no capacity for thought. Their only play is to do what they were programmed to do.

Hey now! Some NPCs in games are funny and entertaining as fuck by themselves! SJWs on the other hand are only funny when you get them to melt away in a puddle of their own tears.

The point isn't that some NPCs are entertaining, it's that these people are NPCs and suffer from all the same limitations inherent to NPCs.

I get that it pisses off the SJW's (good), and I get that they don't think for themselves. What I was referring to, I guess, is that until today I had never once heard the term "NPC". Since I'm 47 and haven't played a video game since about 1985, I don't know what "NPC" really means or why it is so offensive to them. I have absolutely no cultural knowledge of this type of thing. But if it's working....keep doing it!

I'm just old I guess.

You have to understand how the mind of an SJW works. These are people who wake up on a daily basis (most likely still living in mommy and daddy's basement) and scour the internet for something to get offended by and have it removed. They feel a sense of accomplishment by playing the victim card on EVERYTHING, voicing their opinion, and finally silencing other's opinions that don't coincide with their's. As to why calling them an NPC offends them......Does it really matter? They have proven time and time again they don't need a reason to get offended.

I wake up every day looking for typos that offend me and/or break shit. @Redmanss was right. I am an NPC!

Also, "their" is already possessive. Adding an "'s" to "their" is bullshit and should not be done at home or in the field.

I just feel good knowing that just by being a white successful married male who can hire accountants to make sure I only pay my fair (as defined by congress and the IRS, not me) taxes while employing 41 people who can put food on the table for their families along with the hundreds of employees of my suppliers while all the while trying to squirreling away money for my retirement makes them pissed. I call that a good day and to top it off, it took ZERO effort. I wish the rest of my day was that easy, but then that's why they call it work. Oh, that's why these communists will never get to enjoy that feeling, they don't work, they leach.

I really hope referring to SJWs as NPCs here at the Hide doesn't last long because it's gonna be so weird seeing the very same crowd that shits on gamers any chance they get, now using a gaming term any chance they get. :D

I really hope it does, because I've been looking for a new way to address these despicable people generically, and NPC is a damned good fit. The old folks don't get it, and they don't need to.

Referring to them as communists, socialists, faggots, scumbags, leftists, leftards, libtards, liberals, etc, etc doesn't work anymore because they can evade any of those and flip the argument in a group setting right back onto you.

There's no nuance to NPCs. They're not people, they are things that look like people, and they are powered by scripts and only scripts. There's no substance beyond what they've been scripted to do. The-fucking-definition of a leftard shitbird communist faggot, with none of the "I'm not a communist, I'm an anarcho-syndicalist. Do you even Proudhon, bro?"


Of course, NPC has it's own challenges since not many people older than World of Warcraft know what it means, but that's what the memes are for.

You could call them "Organic Portals", or any of the other philosophical terms used when discussing the nature of people that do not have an inner voice, but that shit is too institutional to catch on.

I'm still looking for the __RIGHT__ word for it, but NPC, today, is the best bet IMO.
