Anyone run one of the integrally suppressed 5.56 uppers? If so how easy are they to maintain?

Are you able to get 21-2300 FPS from factory offerings?

Any of them better or worse than the others?

We’ve got several rifles from Suppressed Weapon Systems at work. As with anything with a can on it, the action gets pretty grungy. Other than that, maintenance is not difficult. The external tube comes off easily when I do annual inspections.

I can’t find my actual chrono results, I must not have saved them. But I remember with 62-64 grain duty loads (FBI T3, Ranger 64gr and Barnes 62TSX) getting 2400-2600fps.

How is the barrel cleaned on it with that non removable can?

The barrel and baffle stack are all one piece, with the actual NFA ‘suppressor’ being a 16.5” hollow tube that shrouds the barrel and baffle stack.

The tube comes off fairly easily; remove hand guard, remove their gas tube, then simply pull the tube off. I do this once a year, which is about every couple thousand rounds.

For the actual barrel, I use a bore snake mostly, with rod & patches only when I have the shroud off.
